What we collect
When you use our online application or contact form, we collect information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, address history, employment and income, assets, liabilities and property details. We do not collect Social Insurance Numbers through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to assess your mortgage needs, arrange financing and communicate with you. With your consent, we share it with lenders, mortgage default insurers, appraisers, credit bureaus and your lawyer as needed to arrange your mortgage.
Credit checks
With your authorization, we and prospective lenders may obtain your credit report from Equifax and/or TransUnion.
Security & retention
Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to your mortgage agent. It is not stored in the website database. Records are retained as required by FSRA and then securely destroyed.
Appointment booking
Our booking calendars are provided by third-party scheduling services. When you book a call, the details you enter (such as your name, email and phone) are processed by that service under its own privacy policy and shared with your mortgage agent.
Calculators & analytics
Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate.
